Here's how it works:
1. Each month you're a member regardless of tier you earn a stamp (like the old school coffee shop stamp cards)
2. Once you earn a certain number of stamps you can redeem them for free stuff! No confusing points that take forever, no percent discounts if you spend enough money. Just. Free. Stuff.
